Vegetable Beef Soup
Add 1/8 cup oil to pot; bring to medium heat, lightly browning meat. Add water, salt and Mariam’s Miracle Sauce and bring to boil. Cook meat to desired tenderness, then add your choice of vegetables. Bring back to boil until vegetables are tender. Garnish with chopped cilantro. You may eliminate the beef, or substitute lamb or chicken.
Meatballs
In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, egg and Dry Seasoning. Mix well. Shape the mixture into golf ball size meatballs. In a pot add one bottle of Mariam’s Miracle Sauce, oil, water and salt. Bring to boil, adding the meatballs one-by-one into the pot on medium heat. Stir slowly on simmer and allow the water to evaporate so that the sauce has a nice consistency and meatballs are cooked. Before serving, top with chopped cilantro and stir.
Ground Lamb or Beef
In a pot heat the oil and add ground beef, lightly browning on medium heat. Add one bottle Mariam’s Miracle Sauce, and water. Let all simmer until meat is cooked. Add more water if needed. Cook until the oil rises to the top of sauce and meat. May add peas if desired. A great addition to the noodle soup.
