- 1 lb. ground beef or lamb
- 2 tablespoons Miriam’s Miracle Seasoning Blend
- 1 bottle of Mariam’s Miracle Sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 medium onion, diced
- salt to taste
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oil
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Step 1 – In a bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb, crushed garlic, onion, salt, egg and 1 tablespoon Mariam’s Miracle Seasoning. Mix well.
Step 2 – Shape mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
Step 3 – In a pot, add water, oil, 1 tablespoon Mariam’s Miracle Seasoning and salt then bring to boil.
Step 4 – One by one, add the meatballs into the pot on medium heat. Every few minutes stir slowly.
Step 5 – Let them simmer. Allow the water to evaporate down then add 1 bottle of Mariam’s Miracle Sauce.
Step 6 – For a garnish and additional flavor, add chopped cilantro on top and stir once or twice.
