I have tried Mariam’s Miracle Sauce …
and I really like it. It's very versatile. I can use it on different types of meat and fish. Have it with stir-fry veggies! I find that it has some healing properties as well, so I would highly recommend this to my friends and family.

I had my first experience with Afghan food
and it was excellent.
Normally, I eat little meat, but the dish Mariam prepared was so tender I ate the whole portion…and then some without feeling any discomfort. I look forward to eating more of her sauce-flavored dishes.

Healthy, but really tasty!
Mariam's organic and gluten-free dishes are not only healthy but really tasty. Out of the four I tasted, I can’t say which was my favorite-- they were all so delicious. My recommendation? Use the sauce and try her recipes.

Wow, I had the most incredible food experience
recently. The food we were served was beautiful to look at but what stood out most was the wonderful flavors that each dish had. When I asked what it was that made the tastes so exceptional, I was told it was because of something called Mariam’s Miracle Sauce. Well I have had Afghan food on many occasions and these dishes with this special sauce were among the best. They were absolutely delicious.

Um, um, um! “Delicious”
is not a good enough word to describe the wonderful seasoning. I learned that the Chef had used something called Mariam’s Miracle Sauce and it made even traditional Afghan dishes seem new. Now that I know about it I am going to make sure my pantry always has a jar.

I don’t often eat non-Korean food
but Mariam’s dish was exceptional. I am accustomed to eating just plain rice but the tender meat together with the rice and other ingredients flavored with her sauce was a real taste treat.

I use the sauce for…
greens, pasta, meat, fish and as an all-around flavor-enhancer for everything I cook. It has become a staple in my everyday cooking.

My daughter Hanah
presents a cooking challenge because she eats no land animals. Because it’s fish day in- day out, she has become bored with the same old stuff. I used the sauce on her fish and she loved it. Not only do I use it on her fish, but now, I put in on her greens. Thanks to the "sauce" Hanah is eating more.

I didn’t tell my Italian husband …
that I used Miriam’s Miracle Sauce for his pasta. After seconds, maybe thirds, all I heard him say was, "Gin, I love the sauce, how did you make it?" I have continued to use the sauce, without telling him it's not mine.
