- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, shredded
- 1 cup yellow or orange lentils
- 4 oz. Mariam’s Miracle Sauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
- For even more flavor, add Mariam’s Miracle Seasoning Blend as desired.
Step 1 – In a pot add Mariam’s Miracle Sauce and 1/4 cup water. Simmer the sauce on medium heat; add salt and oil as desired.
Step 2 – Add lentils to the sauce, stirring lightly, until tender. Add more water if necessary; however allow all the water to evaporate until you have reached sauce consistency.
